As the Event Management Lead at STEP CONNECT2, I oversee the planning and delivery of conferences, exhibitions, and award ceremonies across the UK, Ireland, and the EU. Working closely with my team, I ensure events run smoothly, from logistics and operations to on-the-day execution.

With two and a half years in the industry, I have quickly built a strong understanding of event planning and operations. I enjoy collaborating to deliver well-organised and engaging events, ensuring every detail is carefully managed. My role also involves working closely with our marketing and sales teams to bring all elements together effectively.

I focus on efficiency, clear processes, and ensuring our events meet the needs of attendees, exhibitors, and stakeholders.
